“A Life Lived as an Athlete”
I spent my childhood in a small rural village. Though I lost my mother early and was raised by my father and grandmother, I had no siblings and my father, who cherished family deeply, showered me with love. With many elderly residents in the village, I was often doted on. Attending a school far from home brought many hardships, but joining the school’s taekwondo club and training transformed my commute into something I looked forward to. My love for sports was simple: it allowed me to spend extended time with peers and provided an outlet for my boundless energy. Over time, I came to believe nothing else yielded results as directly proportional to effort as sports did. From elementary school through high school, when I had to quit taekwondo due to injury, I believed my life as a taekwondo athlete was my entire future. After high school, when I could no longer compete, I felt lost for a while. But I believed nothing was as honest about results as sports, so I worked hard to get into a physical education department. Upon entering university, I spent much of my time pursuing qualifications for a career in security-related fields while balancing my academic life. It might be my own preconception, but I believe people who have lived their lives through sports share certain traits. They possess a challenging spirit that refuses to see failure as the end and strives to overcome hardship, along with the tenacity to pursue their goals relentlessly. Having spent many years as an athlete, I possess good social skills, but my personality leans more toward quiet and introverted rather than active or outgoing. In my free time, I prefer watching movies or enjoying quiet moments alone. Accustomed to setting goals and taking action, I am dedicated to self-improvement, driven by the dream of establishing and operating my own security company under my name.

“Experience as Department Representative”
I was active as a taekwondo athlete for a long time. Living in group accommodations for an extended period taught me at a young age the importance of responsibility for assigned tasks and duties. Having spent many years in a culture emphasizing hierarchy and organizational structure, I believe I also possess a strong understanding of organizational culture. During my university years, serving as the department representative exposed me to diverse responsibilities beyond sports. I applied the skills and mindset cultivated through athletics to various administrative tasks and event management systems. Unlike taekwondo, which is an individual sport, the athletic community has a strong collective nature. Living as a leader within this environment, I deeply experienced the power of community spirit and belonging. What remains a fond memory is how the combined abilities of each individual created synergy, positively impacting outcomes and enabling growth. While I lack specialized social service experience, I volunteered at local events. Having worked as a security guard for various events during part-time jobs, I believed this experience could contribute to the community. To improve my limited language skills, I studied English conversation through self-study. As someone who values learning through experience over purely intellectual study, I joined a university club where I could practice English with foreign friends from diverse cultures, making the learning process more enjoyable. Although I have no overseas training experience, during high school I visited Southeast Asia as part of a Taekwondo promotional team. There, I helped introduce Taekwondo and ran a program providing short-term Taekwondo instruction. As it was my first time visiting another country, I consider it a valuable experience that allowed me to understand the lifestyles and values of diverse people across different cultures.

“The Vision I Discovered in the Security Market”
There was a time when I dreamed of becoming a bodyguard. When considering my long-term future and vision, I believed the rapidly growing security industry held a positive future. While attending university and working part-time as a security guard, I discovered the joy in the work, yet I also realized it was a profession heavily influenced by age, environment, and educational background. Seeing many seniors who devoted an entire phase of their lives only to fail to secure their place also prompted me to rethink my future direction. Serving as a department representative and gaining diverse experiences, I discovered a vision within the expanding security companies and market, and developed a dream of becoming someone who runs a security company. I believe starting as an employee at CAPS is the most fundamental stepping stone to invest in that future self. Therefore, I intend to view this as a period dedicated to self-development and growth. Provided I receive compensation commensurate with the passion I pour into my time and work, I will faithfully fulfill my responsibilities to the best of my ability. Although currently enrolled in university, I am a graduating student with employment as my ultimate goal, so I believe I can join immediately. I will become a responsible talent who does not turn away from my vision or the company’s vision.
